The Regalia Wayfinders is an independent, neutral, and privately-owned Adventurer's Guild supported by Regalia Mercantile Company. It was established to address the needs of upstanding citizens of Etheirys after the countless tragedies that have plagued our star.The world over now seeks to rebuild after these events, leaving the various city-states and Grand Companies with an abundance of work to be completed. Thus, the Regalia Wayfinders' goal is to provide solutions to such problems through adventuring skills, crafting, gathering, and other applicable trades.Established by Esmeraude Diamandis, the Regalia Wayfinders' Main Headquarters can be found within the Regalia Company Estate, as well as a satellite branch within the Heavenly Hearth Tavern, as the crossroads for adventurers and able-bodied folk to gather.This Adventurer's Guild system is supported by specially-designed devices inspired by Allagan technology to provide ease of communication, and information sharing and gathering. The Allagan artificially-intelligent construct by the name of A1-R1, or 'Airi', is responsible for the management of requests. Using experimental Allagan tomestones, referred to as 'Waystones', each adventurer pledging itself to the cause of the Regalia Wayfinders will be provided a Waystone in order to participate in various requests.
MEMBERSHIP
To join the Regalia Wayfinders, simply speak with Unit A1-R1, Esmeraude Diamandis, or any other Wayfinders staff.Upon finishing a brief interview as to your identity and specialties, you will be provided a Waystone for the purposes of finding requests to fulfill and contacting other members of the Regalia Wayfinders.Joining the Wayfinders is not a limiting commitment. Any adventurers pledging themselves to the cause will be provided a Waystone by the Guild, access to a steady stream of jobs for income, and certain benefits once they have proven themselves reliable to the Wayfinders. Each member is still free to pursue other lines of work, and be affiliated to other companies.We hope that you will join us on our mission to forge a brighter future for our star, and to contribute in whatever means you are able.

WAYSTONES
A Waystone is a unique communications device heavily inspired from Allagan tomestone technology.It is a device that has limited overall capabilities, but with several useful functions installed to assist in the completion of requests, communication with other members of the Wayfinders, and tracking earned Waymarks, a special type of currency circulated within the guild.
A Waystone refers to an in-character explanation for relevant Wayfinders roleplay channels, found within the Heavenly Hearth Discord server, and knowledge of their contents

The founder and president of Regalia Mercantile Company, Esmeraude had her humble beginnings as a simple young woman hailing from an island village off the coast of Eorzea. Esmeraude proved to be a powerful conjurer when she came to Gridania. Trained in the arts of healing, she travelled throughout Eorzea to provide assistance to the sick and wounded. Focused on her philanthropic efforts, she chooses to aid the honest and hard-working citizens of Etheirys not with a blade, but through her artisanal and mercantile skills.Through the creation, development, and trading of various goods, the profits from her numerous projects, such as the Diamandis Craftworks, the Heavenly Hearth Tavern, and now, the Regalia Wayfinders, she seeks to continue and improve the cycle which sustains both her staff and clients so that all may prosper.

MANAGER
A1-R1, or 'Airi' is an artificial being created during the age of the Allagan Empire, an odd mechanical being that was supposedly built in an attempt to understand humanity and emotion.While her movements are nearly indistinguishable from those of a normal person, her body is entirely mechanical, and her voice typically devoid of emotion. She is however, capable of emulating behavior, and appears to be earnestly trying her best to fulfill her task.

Artiya Taniguchi is a veteran adventurer and budding Artisan working part time at the Wayfinder's desk when not out adventuring herself. She is a natural at learning new crafts and disciplines. Due to tragic circumstances, she had retired from adventuring in order to learn to become an Artisan. In that time, she met Lady Diamandis and formed a partnership with Regalia Mercantile Company, and joining the Regalia Wayfinders eventually spurred her back into adventuring herself.She spends her time now at her own workshop when not adventuring, Looking to live her life supporting adventurers in their pursuits whether it be directly on the battlefield, supplying them with equipment she has crafted herself, or while standing behind the desk of the Wayfinders branch.

REQUESTS
REQUEST TYPES
Requests are classified into three broad categories, each containing smaller and more specific sub categories:
EXPEDITION
Exploration, Research, Surveillance, Dungeon, Escort
Requests which involve delving into dungeons or traveling to different locales, solo or as a group.
Provision
Crafting, Gathering, Fishing, Custom Deliveries
Requests where the Wayfinder will gather the materials or craft the items for the client. This may also include the collection of information or material via combat methods.
Bounty
Beast Hunting, Bounty Hunting, Hunt Marks
Requests where the Wayfinder will hunt down dangerous creatures or persons threatening the safety and well-being of citizens.
Submitting Requests
Everyone is free to submit requests to the Regalia Wayfinders by using their provided Waystone.
There will be no charge associated with this service. Any person who submits a request shall henceforth referred to as a Client.To submit a request as a Client, please fill out an entry in the following format:- - -▶ Title of Request

▪ Other information (Participation limits, Quantity of items, etc.)- - -Once you have submitted a request, Wayfinders that take interest may elect to participate via their own Waystone.Rewards for all requests will be determined by the administrative staff
Fulfilling Requests
Requests are announced via the Waystone.
Any and all interested parties should respond to the request thread as soon as they are able.- - -Depending on the request type and the needs of the client, it may be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis, so be sure to monitor your Waystone for any requests that may pique your interest. Some requests may have participant limits or specific restrictions. The Client does not count towards this limit, but is also NOT required to be a participant of their own request.- - -Once a pairing of Client and participant(s) has been made, it will be up to the participant (and possibly involving roleplay with the client) to resolve the request based upon their schedule, and to submit a fulfillment once the request has been completed.
To fulfill requests, at least one the following conditions must be met:▶ The client informs the guild that the request has been completed ( RP Fulfillment )
▶ A photo proof is submitted based on the request completion ( Screenshot Entry )
▶ A detailed report is submitted based on the request completion ( Journal Entry )Requests that require item submissions can submit the ACTUAL item, or choose to RP delivering the item to the client. Submitting the actual item in the game will not be required.
REWARDS
While clients may offer gil gratuity to participants for their efforts, this currency exists to put a strong focus on the roleplaying aspect, and less so the monetary reward
Waymarks are the unique digital currency circulated by the Regalia Wayfinders.
They represent the efforts of every Wayfinder, and are used for all related transactions within its vast network. Only Guild Officers are authorized to reward Waymarks, and cannot be traded between members of the Wayfinders.Waymarks are primarily earned through the following methods:
▪ Incentive for finding clients to post new requests in the Request Board
▪ Successful completion of Requests and Commissions
▪ Reward for providing valuable assistance to the Regalia WayfindersAll currency earned can be easily tracked with the Waystone, and are exclusively used to exchange for goods at the Finder's Keep and services offered by the Regalia Mercantile Company.
FINDER'S KEEP
As a roleplaying adventurer shop, only RP items are offered for exchange. While no in-game items are involved in the transactions, the shop aims to provide immersive and story-driven rewards.
This specialty store, dutifully managed by the Lopporit Findingway, is dedicated to providing all Regalia Wayfinders with essential goods and services for their adventuring needs. From curatives and tonics, adventurer kits, and packaged meals, a wide variety of these exciting goods are only available at the Finder's Keep.Guild members are eligible to purchase these special items by using their well-earned Waymarks. Inventory changes periodically as new items are made available. While out on the field, orders can be placed through the Waystone interface, promptly delivered to all accessible areas across Etheirys through its efficient courier service!
